Q. Does training include hands-on experience?
A. Yes, trainees receive hands-on applications of laser treatments. (You may be able to sit in on clinical treatments.)
Q. What is the time frame for training? How long does it take to complete the program?
A. Health Care professionals training in the basic package (4 programs) will complete intensive training within 3 days.
Q. Do you offer post-training support?
A. Yes! Many of our students are first time business owners. We appreciate the fact that you are starting out on a new venture. We offer support and consulting to insure a smooth start-up for no additional cost. The time frame is within the realm of reason and at the discretion of the institute.
Q. Is financing available through Matrix?
A. No, financing is the responsibility of the trainee.
Q. What accommodations are available for trainees travelling to Windsor, Ontario?
A. The Matrix Institute has made arrangements for a special rate package with the Windsor Hampton Inn for trainees. Located within minutes from the Ambassador Bridge, it provides easy access from Detroit Metro International airport.
Q. Will more programs become available?
A. As a Matrix trainee, you will have first access to the newly researched and developed programs long before your competition.
Q. Are there special rates for more than one person?
A. Each training package consisting of the 4 basic programs includes training and certification for one person. Any additional persons to be trained may be added at a cost of $2,000 U.S., plus tax.
Q. Do I have to take the 4 basic programs or can I specialize?
A. We can design a training package for your specific needs. Single programs or full professional packages including all 6 programs are available.
Q. Can you come to us to train at our site?
A. Yes! On-site training is available on special request. However, we are booked well in advance so please be sure to contact us soon to reserve your training time.
