Matrix Institute of Laser Therapy has developed a highly effective means to reduce symptoms of stress. This is based upon laser therapy's ability to stimulate the body's feel-good neuro-chemicals to create a feeling of well-being.

You will learn:

  • How to utilize our behavior programs and counselling therapies in combination with laser therapy.
  • How to give your clients an understanding of the sources of their stress.
  • How to provide guidance in reducing your client’s physical and psychological symptoms.
  • How to teach your clients specific relaxation techniques.
  • How to teach your clients to interpret events that cause stress in their daily lives.

The Stress Management program focuses on active methods of managing the negative effects of stress. Training in relaxation techniques and behavior modification will encourage clients to engage in positive changes to reduce the negative effects of stress on their bodies.

This program will give you an understanding of the etiology (causes or origins) of stress and provide guidance in reducing the symptoms. Low power lasers are used to stimulate the body's relaxing neuro-chemicals to create a feeling of well-being. Training will ensure you have the answers to the common precursors of stress.

Treatments are safe, painless, drug-free and highly effective.
